Nara Baby has been a free, ad-free tracker for years, which is why so many families built months of history in it. From October 2026, Nara’s FAQ says the app requires a subscription, with a 7-day trial that starts at your first log. What carries over from Nara
Export your history from Nara as a CSV and email it to us. We import sleeps (naps and overnights, sorted automatically), bottle feeds with amounts, diapers, growth measurements and solids, with the original times in your time zone — usually within one business day. Where Nara may still be the better fit
